We provide an end-to-end solution for e-commerce based large digital product delivery. Our current customers are all developers of sample libraries for composers and music production, as these products are generally very large and diffifcult to deliver using standard methods. However the downloader system will work for any kind of digital product delivery.
Our system is easily integrated with any e-commerce system and will handle the tasks of sending emails, assigning download codes, watermarking files and provide the end user with simple instructions to help them get their installer application so they quickly and easily get their product downloaded and installed.

So what makes our system better than just sending time-limited links in a browser?
- Speed – our multi-connection and optimised download engine gets the top speed from your clients’ broadband. Your product files will be hosted on your own Amazon S3 account for the best possible connection.
- Resumability - not only can you pause and resume downloads, but the downloader app won’t lose any downloaded data even if the machine crashes, so no need to download everything again if something goes wrong.
- Reliability – the downloader checks archives for corruption and retrieves new versions of files if they are corrupt.
- Control – you have control over all aspects of your customers’ activity, enabling you to stop suspicious activity or simply roll-out product updates.
- Reporting – keep an eye on all your sales, emails being sent to customers and who is downloading what at any time.
- Portability – our downloader app is written in Java and wrapped as an executable for both Windows and Mac, this means that it works on every machine regardless of updates, and makes tech support very easy indeed.
- Flexibility – your customers won’t have the issue where they use up all their attempts or their links expire and need to contact you for new links. The system always works.
- Security – all communication is encrypted with 1024-bit RSA public-key cryptography, so network sniffers can’t make use of any information or links.
- Customisation – your app will be branded and skinned to fit in with your design and we are happy to undertake specific customisations of the downloader if requested (e.g. bespoke installation spawning for one button downloading and installing of executables)
